About Me

You can find my CV here

As a Cloud Engineer and a fervent DevOps enthusiast, I’ve always been fascinated by the nuts and bolts of servers, architecture, and the vast expanse of the cloud.

My tech journey kicked off in earnest back in 2016. It began with a daring switch of my gaming PC to Arch Linux, coupled with a clever setup that allowed me to continue gaming on a Windows VM, thanks to direct GPU access. At the same time, I was exploring the potential of servers by setting up WordPress on a home server – a project that soon turned into a digital repository for my school projects and presentations. Fixing computers for friends and family became my pastime, unwittingly paving my path towards a career in tech and system administration.

Today, I thrive on building software with cutting-edge technologies and constantly sharpening my programming skills, guided by industry standards and the rich world of open-source.

Embracing Automation

In my role, automation is not just a convenience; it’s a necessity. It’s about enhancing accuracy and driving efficiency. Leveraging tools and strategies like crontabs and pipeline jobs, I streamline tasks to make monitoring and reporting more effective.

This approach has enabled me to craft systems that generate weekly security reports from SaaS products like Qualys, PrismaCloud, and Azure Security Center. It’s about ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks and that issues are swiftly tackled.
