After many months acting as Brent (Yup I mean the Brent from the The Phoenix Project), I finally realized that I need to say no and to step up, not taking anymore projects that I don’t actually enjoy to work on. Another lesson is that I also learned to delegate more and to keep people who decide to step up accountable for their decisions as that is a de facto in any environment being able to materialize your idea and defend it basically is the difference between a junior software developer and a mid/senior one.

Overall - I’d say that 2020 made me grow in more ways than any other year!
